Welcome to the Cameron Parish Water District 11 Community. Please contact our office by phone at 337-598-3439 -or- you can print out the Service Application to apply for service. We look forward to serving your water needs.
If you are activating an existing service location, please use the New Service at Existing Location Form and return it to us with a $25.00 connection/transfer fee. If it is a rental property, we also require a $50.00 deposit.
If you need a new meter installed, please use the New Tap Form. For new tap requests, you must come in to our office. Tap fees for Cameron Parish residents are $1,000.00 - Tap fees for Calcasieu Parish residents are $1,100.00.
